NER Group Expeditions: from the World to Bilbao
Join us and see with your own eyes how companies from the NER Group operate, in a radical bossless fashion.

Please plan to arrive the day before and leave the day after, as we plan to fully use those two days, and on the last evening we will take you for a tapas night.

Objectives
The visit is designed for coaches, facilitators of change, business owners, CEOs and entrepreneurs who feel a deep connection with the values and practices that organizations from the NER Group share in common, and would like to leverage these practices with their own work/organizations.
During the visit, we will provide opportunities to meet entrepreneurs who have leaped to this new style, coordinators and employees who work in these organizations. We will visit 3-4 organizations from the NER Group, and hold a workshop to further dive into how some of these practices are typically introduced in organizations.

Day 0 – ARRIVALS
Day 1 – FIRST EXPLORATION DAY
Morning: visit 1-2 companies in Bizkaia (Lancor, Walter Pack, P4Q…)Early Afternoon: late long lunch in Bilbao with NER coordinators
Day 2 – SECOND EXPLORATION DAY
Morning: visit 1-2 companies in Gipuzkoa (Panelfisa, Kimua, Zubiola, Arreche, Logos…)
Midday: Lunch in the mountains with NER coordinators
Afternoon/evening: deep dive co-created workshop on approaches to transformation and final harvest.
DAY 3 – DEPARTURE
* This is an indicative programme. Choice of companies might change depending on group size and availability at the time.
Fees
The overall price per participant is €1450 excluding taxes.
This will include preparation of pre-read materials, transportation to/from NER companies, workshop venue & materials on last day, 2 lunches, where several NER Group coordinators will be joining us.
Airport transfers, hotel costs, breakfasts and dinner on day 1 are not included.
Payment: payment details will be sent once you sign up to the participants list and fill in your details.
Cancellation Policy: We will confirm the trip is going ahead as soon we have reached the minimum quorum of 8 participants, and no later than 20 days before the date of the trip.
If due to travel restrictions (or some other calamity), the whole event cannot take place, and it is not feasible to reschedule it in the foreseeable future, we will return the payment in full.
